- We are a mother and son team. Terri Lee taught Kale how to rifle hunt as a young lad. Kale has taught Terri Lee a thing or two about bow hunting. Together we will be bringing you interesting videos and stories about our hunting. Add Kale's two year old sister into the mix and we could have a doozy year!

Mystery of the 9pt. Solved!
The right front leg was busted off just under the shoulder. This certainly makes sense of the loud horrible crack after I shot when I thought I had hit a tree.
It also makes sense that the day I discovered that my bow sites were loose, I was shooting low and to the right which would place the shot in that very area.

We set out again to the stands. I have decided if the 9pt came in again tonight I am going to whack him. We have changed our strategy slightly again. This time we parked the wheeler and walked into the stand.

We have washed all of the clothing again. We decided not to put them in pine boughs this time. We also changed where we parked the 4 wheeler when we went in.

Good luck in 2010. Found a 145 class shed on Sunday. Looked 2 more hours for the match, but probably still on the buck....which makes it harder to find!!
